Loved more than you Know

Have you ever questioned whether God truly loves you? Life's disappointments, grief, and struggles can make us wonder if God sees us or cares. In this first episode of Becoming Whole, I will share a heartfelt message about God's unchanging love for you and the hope you find in Jesus Christ. Through Scripture and gentle encouragement, you'll be reminded that you are seen, known, deeply loved, and never beyond God's grace. My prayer is that you'll leave encouraged to trust His love more deeply and take one more step toward becoming whole.

God knew you long before the beginning of time. You are NOT a mistake.

Your circumstances do not determine God's love for you. God's love is constant, personal, and life-changing.

Have you ever shared something painful and been told you were “just looking for attention”? Those words can make you go quiet—or leave you working even harder to be noticed.
In this episode of Becoming Whole, Maria looks beneath the label attention-seeking. She talks about the longing to be seen, the cost of hoping others will guess what we need, and the difference between asking clearly for care and testing someone for a response. She also shares a simple, faithful step toward honest connection.
Through the stories of Hagar and Bartimaeus, we’re reminded that God sees us and hears us when we call out. You can bring your needs to Him and speak them plainly to a safe person. Your desire for connection does not make you a burden.

Has someone called you “angry” or “bitter” when you were trying to speak honestly about what happened? Or have you noticed yourself reacting sharply and wondered where that response began?
In this episode of Becoming Whole, I share from my own experience and invite you to look beneath the label. Together, we explore what anger may be signaling, how old wounds can shape present reactions, and what it means to take responsibility for your response without taking blame for someone else’s choices.
We also talk about forgiveness, wise boundaries, and bringing both the hurt and your response to God. You’ll leave with reflection questions and one small step you can take today.
Your anger is something you can examine. It is not your name.

Have you ever felt that if you stopped planning, checking, or holding everything together, something would go wrong and it would be your fault?
In this episode of Becoming Whole, we will look beneath the label “control freak.” I share how the sudden loss of MY mother left ME questioning what I could have done differently and how that guilt shaped my need to plan and manage everything.
Together, we explore the difference between wise preparation and fear-driven control, what this pattern can cost us, and the freedom of letting other people carry their own responsibilities. I will also offer a simple exercise: name what is yours to do today, then bring the outcome you cannot control to God.
If this label has followed you, this conversation is an invitation to meet it with honesty, compassion, and one faithful next step.

Have you ever said yes while everything inside you wanted to say no?
You might be the kind one, the dependable one, the easygoing one. But underneath, you may be exhausted, resentful, and no longer sure what you need, what you want, or even who you are.
In this episode of Becoming Whole, Maria Wamsher takes on the label "people pleaser": where it may have started, what it has cost you, and how God can teach you to love others without losing yourself.
In this episode:
The difference between healthy kindness and fear-based yeses
The hidden questions behind people-pleasing, like "Will you still love me if I disappoint you?"
Why resentment may be pointing to a boundary you never spoke out loud
What Galatians 1:10, Proverbs 29:25, Matthew 5:37, and Luke 5:16 say about human approval, honesty, and rest
Boundary phrases you can use this week
One simple sentence that gives you room to pause: "Let me think and pray about that, and I'll get back to you."
Truth declarations to help you live from love instead of fear
You are not valuable because you are always available. Being a people pleaser is something you learned to do, not who you are.

Have you asked God to forgive you but still struggle to forgive yourself?
Perhaps you replay what happened, what you did, or the decision you wish you could change. Somewhere along the way, “I did something wrong” may have become “There is something permanently wrong with me.”
In this episode of Becoming Whole, Maria gently addresses the painful label unforgivable. Together, we explore the difference between conviction and condemnation, responsibility and shame, and what you chose versus what may have been done to you.
You will be encouraged to:
• Identify what is truly yours to take responsibility for• Release shame that never belonged to you• Understand why consequences do not mean God has rejected you• Receive the forgiveness Jesus has already made available• Begin separating your past from your identity• Take one faithful step toward healing and restoration
Your worst moment is not the complete truth about who you are. In Christ, you are not beyond mercy, healing, or a new beginning.
This episode sensitively mentions abortion, addiction, betrayal, sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, and trauma.
Scriptures referenced include Romans 8:1, 1 John 1:9, Psalm 103:10–12, Isaiah 1:18, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Micah 7:18–19, Hebrews 4:15–16, and John 8:10–11.

Have you ever quietly wondered, “Am I a bad Christian?”
Maybe you struggle to pray consistently, have questions you are afraid to ask, or keep returning to a behavior you sincerely want to change. Perhaps you have watched other believers and wondered why faith seems easier for them. Beneath it all may be the fear that God is disappointed in you or that your struggles prove your faith is not real.
In this episode of Becoming Whole, we will gently examine the label “A Bad Christian.” You will discover the difference between spiritual growth and spiritual performance, loving conviction and crushing condemnation, and repentance and religious shame.
Your need for grace does not mean you have failed at being a Christian. You do not have to improve enough to return to God. Returning to Him is where transformation begins.
In this episode:
Where the “bad Christian” label may begin
Why struggling is not the same as being rejected by God
How religious shame distorts the way we see Him
The difference between conviction and condemnation
How to approach God honestly when you feel unworthy
Biblical truth to replace performance, comparison, and shame
You are still growing—and God has not abandoned the work He began in you. https://www.mariawamsher.com/ https://becomingwholeshop.etsy.com

Have you ever felt as though something from your past left a stain no one else could see—but you could still feel?
Perhaps someone violated your trust or your body. Maybe you were manipulated, abused, or exposed to something you were never meant to carry. Or perhaps you made choices you deeply regret. Even after asking God for forgiveness, shame may still whisper, “You’re dirty. You’re damaged. If people really knew, they would never look at you the same way.”
In this sensitive episode of Becoming Whole, we will separate what happened to you and what you may regret from who you are. You will learn the difference between conviction and condemnation, responsibility and shame, and repentance and lifelong self-punishment.
What happened to you did not remove your God-given worth. What you regret does not place you beyond the forgiveness, cleansing, and restoration of Jesus. Dirty may describe how shame feels, but it is not your identity.
This episode includes Scripture, truth declarations, one practical healing step, and a closing prayer for the woman who is ready to stop hiding and begin receiving God’s grace.
Content note: This episode sensitively discusses sexual abuse, assault, trauma, abortion, addiction, affairs, and shame. Please listen when you feel safe and pause if you need to. Maria Wamsher Becoming Whole | Find Faith-Based Healing & Hope Today

Motherhood and fertility can carry some of the deepest and most painful labels a woman will ever face.
Perhaps you love your children but quietly call yourself a “bad mother” because of choices you regret. Maybe infertility, miscarriage, or an unanswered prayer has made you question your body, your faith, or your womanhood. Perhaps you never had children, lost a child, or have mothered in a way others fail to recognize, and someone has made you feel that you are not a “real” mother.
In this gentle and deeply personal episode of Becoming Whole, we will explore how motherhood, fertility, grief, and regret can become identities they were never meant to be.
I also share part of my own story of pregnancy, abortion, regret, motherhood, forgiveness, and learning that a painful decision does not have the authority to become my permanent identity.
Together, we will consider how to:
• Take responsibility without living under shame• Honor infertility and pregnancy loss grief without rushing it• Separate reproductive ability from womanhood and worth• Respond to painful questions with healthy boundaries• Receive God’s forgiveness and compassion• Replace damaging labels with the truth of who you are in Christ
Your circumstances may not change immediately, and every question may not be answered. But healing can begin when the experience that wounded you no longer has permission to name you.
You are not less. You are not forgotten. You are still worthy of love, purpose, healing, and wholeness.
Scriptures include Romans 8:1, Lamentations 3:22–23, 1 John 1:9, Psalm 34:18, Psalm 139:13–14, Colossians 2:10, Ephesians 2:10, and Galatians 3:26–28.
Content note: This episode sensitively discusses infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy and infant loss, the death of a child, abortion, parenting regret, and strained family relationships. Maria Wamsher Becoming Whole | Find Faith-Based Healing & Hope Today

Have you ever wondered whether being single means something is wrong with you?
Maybe you have watched other people get married, listened to uncomfortable questions from family and friends, or quietly wondered whether you have been overlooked. Over time, “I am single” can begin to feel like “I am unwanted, unchosen, or difficult to love.”
But your relationship status is not a verdict on your worth.
In this episode of Becoming Whole, we will discuss honestly what happens when singleness stops being a relationship status and becomes a negative identity. I share how pressure, rejection, betrayal, comparison, and older wounds can cause women to accept unhealthy love simply because they are afraid of being alone.
You will be encouraged to separate what you desire from who you are, recognize the painful meaning you may have attached to singleness, and replace it with God’s truth.
You can desire marriage without making it the measure of your worth. You can feel lonely without believing you are unwanted. You can grieve what you do not have without despising the life God has given you.
Your life does not begin when a relationship begins. Your life is happening now.
This episode includes:
• Why singleness can begin to feel like rejection• How childhood wounds and past relationships influence your identity• The danger of accepting unhealthy love just to feel chosen• Biblical truth about your completeness in Christ• Reflection questions and truth declarations• A closing prayer for healing, identity, and hope
Scriptures referenced: Psalm 139:1–3, Isaiah 43:1, and Colossians 2:10.
You are not behind. You are not forgotten. You are fully known, deeply loved, and complete in Christ. Maria Wamsher Becoming Whole | Find Faith-Based Healing & Hope Today Etsy: The Labels I Didn't Know I Carried: Christian Healing Ebook for Women - Etsy

Have you ever allowed the ending of a relationship to become evidence that something is fundamentally wrong with you?
Perhaps you were called “the other woman” or “a homewrecker.” Maybe you were divorced, betrayed, or left and eventually began believing that you were a failure or simply unable to keep a man. Your circumstances may be complicated. You may have been deceived, or you may have made choices you now regret.
In this honest and compassionate episode of Becoming Whole, Maria explains how to tell the truth about a relationship without allowing shame to become your identity. She also shares her experience of being repeatedly betrayed and then blamed for another person’s choices.
Together, we explore:
The difference between responsibility, shame, conviction, and condemnation
Why every relationship story cannot be judged the same way
How to acknowledge regretted choices without believing you are beyond redemption
What belongs to you and what belongs to the other person
Why you cannot single-handedly “keep” another person
The hidden losses that accompany divorce, betrayal, and separation
How Jesus demonstrated both truth and grace in John 8
One practical exercise for owning what is yours and releasing what is not
Six declarations to help replace painful relationship labels with truth
A broken relationship may be part of your story, but it is not your identity. You can grieve what ended, receive God’s forgiveness, learn from what happened, establish healthier boundaries, and move forward one faithful step at a time.
Your past does not define you. Your labels do not determine your future. You are still becoming whole. More resources at Maria Wamsher Becoming Whole | Find Faith-Based Healing & Hope Today https://becomingwholeshop.etsy.com
